I worked at various (large) real estate agencies for years, but the way things worked there did not suit me. So I started my own real estate agency in September 2021. Where I do it the way I would want it if I were my own customer, where you and your housing needs get the time and attention they need. And because of the time and attention needed to every purchase and every sell you will get the best end result while enjoying a smooth and stress-free process.

Thanks to my studies in Architecture, Real Estate (K-RMT), experience as an architectural draftsman, NEN2580 project manager and because I have had my own interior design and styling agency for several years, I can assist and advise you from A to Z with all important decisions that must be taken during the purchase and sale of a home.

I spent my student years in Amsterdam, studying Architecture. Afterwards, while working as an architectural draftsman, I started my education to become an interior designer and stylist. I also worked as a project manager for the NEN2580 for several years. After working as an interior designer for a large retailer for several years, I wanted to focus more on private individuals (and their homes) and that is why I started my own interior design and styling agency.
I was attracted to real estate because of its versatility and the similarities with my studies and experience that I already had. That's why I started to study to become a real estate agent. I successfully completed all three studies, obtained my diploma’s and gained work experience. When selling your house or buying your new home, all three of these disciplines come together and I can perfectly assist you, as a buyer or seller, as your real estate agent.

About Nicole
I was born and raised in Purmerend, a city just 15km’s above Amsterdam, and after high school I immediately moved to Amsterdam. After living and working in Amsterdam for about 20 years, I still discover the nicest streets and the most beautiful buildings and I am never bored thanks to all the performances, exhibitions, concerts, restaurants, cafes, festivals, markets and more.
In the meantime, I have been a proud resident of Weespersluis in cozy and beautiful Weesp for several years now with my boyfriend, two sons and Phoebe, our dog. With its centuries-old canals and buildings, the Vecht, the Fort, restaurants with cozy terraces at the water and many authentic shops, Weesp is a wonderful place to live and yet just around the corner from Amsterdam! I never thought I would love another city as much as Amsterdam, but I do now!
